Pat Morgan is the President of Miami-based Smooth Sailing Executive & Life Coaching, a company dedicated to helping leaders achieve excellence and maximize their potential in today’s fast-paced economic environment.
Through individual and group coaching programs, seminars and workshops Coach Morgan leads busy professionals to become more profitable and productive by capitalizing on their strengths, simplifying the busy-ness of their lives, and taking focused action to create powerful change.
In 2007, Smooth Sailing President, Pat Morgan, was named the recipient of the Thelma Gibson Award of Excellence by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade in recognition of her contributions to promoting leadership, business development, and excellence among professional and corporate women. In 2007, and again in 2008, Smooth Sailing was named a “Top 100 Minority Owned Business in South Florida” by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
Coach Morgan is actively involved in the community, serving on the on the Board of Directors of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce where she chairs the Council of Trustees. She has served on the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for 3 years and is a member of Chamber South and the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade.
Morgan is certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a graduate of the Coach U Certified Coach Training Program.
She is an author, has years of experience in the corporate world, and has led work groups in the United Kingdom and Australia. Pat has been described by her clients as energetic, passionate, insightful and dynamic.
