Individual coaching sessions are conducted
via teleconference weekly, three times a
month, for forty-five minutes. Coaching over
the phone is powerful because it reduces
distractions and allows you to focus on the
conversation. In addition, it is highly cost
effective, saving the time and expense of
traveling to appointments. Coaching takes
place in the comfort of your home or office,
allowing you to be in a relaxed, safe place
where you can focus on the dynamics of the
coaching session.
